You buy the hardware once. Book Cloud plans are optional: they add backups, a report archive and care for a fleet of kit.

Prices come from the same price list as Book Cloud's Plans page. Schools, colleges and councils can pay by invoice with a purchase order and 30-day terms: ask us.
Hardware
Corners, Wings and Hubs are bought outright, or hired for a run.
Every device comes with a 2-year warranty. Promptside Care extends it to 5 years, and Promptside Plus does the same for as long as the venue has Plus, with next-day advance replacement and loan kit for the run.
How much you need depends on your stage. Build your rig to place a Wing for each department and see the Hubs, cables and price worked out, then buy it from the shop or send it to us for a quote.
Questions
What happens if a plan lapses?
Nothing on the show changes. If a payment fails, everything keeps working for 14 days while it's sorted out. After that the cloud features go read-only: you can still download your backups and reports, but nothing new is uploaded. After 90 days read-only, the venue's cloud backups and report archive are deleted, with emails before. Your team, its shows and its runs are never deleted.
Do we need the internet?
No. The Corner serves Book itself, on your own network. With internet, it syncs with Book Cloud; without it, it keeps working and syncs when the connection comes back.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes, on every plan and in every state. Export your data from Book Cloud as a zip of every show and each run's report as PDF and CSV, with its event log.
How do people and venues count?
A team is a theatre, a company, a school or a hire account. Per-venue plans cover one venue each and add people for that venue. Cloud Company covers the whole team: as many people as you like, and several venues or tour stops under one plan.
Can we pay by Direct Debit?
Card payments are taken on Stripe's secure checkout, with Direct Debit where it's offered.
